Payment
Payment method is through Paypal only. Credit card, bank/debit card, bank deposits can be made through Paypal. Other payment methods are not available outside of Paypal.

Accuracy of Images
Images in the shop are shot in good lighting and edited to resemble the actual piece as accurately as possible. If you wish to see photos straight from the camera, please contact me.

Packaging
All original artworks are packaged in a bend-proof bubble mailer with a backing board. Please open the package immediately to prevent moisture build-up.

Shipping Schedule
Items are shipped from Metro Manila every Wednesdays and/or Saturdays.

Shipping Method
Original watercolor works priced US$150 or less will be shipped through Singapore Post. Delivery time is 7-15 business days. Please allot a few days in case of delays due to harsh weather conditions.

Original works priced above $150 will be shipped through Priority Mail and will reach your country in 2-3 business days. All large artworks are reserved and ordered through email.

If you wish to change your shipping method, please contact me within 24 hours after making a purchase.

Liability
I am not responsible for additional fees incurred when the item reaches your country (customs, tax, etc).

Artworks shipped using Postal are not insured. 50% refund of the total fee paid will be issued to the buyer is the package is lost. So far, all my packages have a 100% success rate of arrival. Packages usually go back to me whenever the recipient fails to receive the package.

All parcels (international shipping only) have a tracking number. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you wish to request for it.
